I'm holding off until things are a safer. Looks like there are a lot of terrible health effects from getting covid and there might even be more that we dont know about. And I couldn't live with myself if I gave it to my family and someone died
There is risk in everything but you can try to minimize it. The less you go out the less chance you have of catching covidExcept you can have sessions without kissing
My point is the risk will be there whether you go to an MP or not. You think all the cases out there from people kissing or visiting a MPA lol
I agree. The last thing I want is to be infected then spread it to the more vulnerable.
There was a video running on the internet about a reporter visiting a top virologist in the US. They laid out 6 petri dishes to experiment talking, coughing and sneezing with and without a mask to determine the efficacy of wearing a mask. Lo and behold, 24 hours later there was no contamination in the 3 dishes used while wearing a mask.
Anecdotally, the US states where people are refusing to wear masks are the most infected.

The government and health officials know they are selling false hope... no SARS vaccine was developed in 2003.
Pornhub and mask manufacturers are making a killing. Unless MPs can be set up outside like a patio restaurant. Maybe convert the MPs into nudist patio restaurants

There is no going back. Virus is here to stay, vaccine is not going to be effective so there are many unknown. Now they are talking about how this virus can affect your heart, kidney, liver and other organs. No sex organ yet but soon they will say the virus may shrink you testicles. I heard hair loss too. I know who to thank for all these.
I am honestly freaking pissed. Even with money, no play. Yes, you can play but there will be consequence. Being asymptomatic and spread the virus to your loved ones. Are you willing to gamble?? Me no. The risk outweighs the pleasure I receive from a 45 minutes session.
Vaccine will be coming. Pharma companies want to make money. Sure masks companies are making money in the interim, but you can't live the rest of our lives with masks on all the time. No SARS vaccine was developed because SARS disappeared so no point in spending millions and developping a vaccine when you don't have an audience. The novel coronavirus is different. It is pretty much found in every country and it is very contagious.

But will it be effective? I will not inject myself an early russian or chinese based vaccine... I work in healthcare I know a bit how it goes. I will wait from a vaccine coming from europe or america. Could easily be 2 years or more before we have something effective enough.

You have to remember they still have some samples of testing from the old SARS vaccine they were working on that was frozen for over 15 years. The fact this is part of the family of coronavirus which makes it easier to understand somewhat. Also there is a worldwide collaborative effort to find an effective vaccine and almost each company is tackling it from a different perspective.
I highly doubt that they would cut corners for health and safety. But with that said I wouldn’t trust any vaccines from China either. Regardless, therapeutics should be available much sooner than that. If they can discover that it would help us return to some resemblance of normalcy for sure. Also better testing and more hospital capacity in the meantime can mitigate a lot of these issues.
Finally, I think more needs to be looked into in the role of T cells in lasting immunity.
Most likely scenario if all goes well we will have an effective vaccine and would have started vaccinating mostly the vulnerable by summer 2021 and maybe even earlier. The issue is having mass production of the vaccine to cover everyone and of course if there will be mutations.
A vaccine currently called ChAdOx1 nCoV-19, popularly known as the Oxford vaccine, is being developed by the British university in collaboration with pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca. Will be mass produced by Indian Company - The Serum Institute, the largest vaccine producer in the world.
Massachusetts based Moderna in also in phase 3 and has already arranged mass production of its vaccine should it meet trial targets laid out by US govt.
Honestly I wouldn't vaccinate the vulnerable first. I would vaccinate in priority the 13-35 year old first and of of course all covidiots...
