Another innocent black man who was simply minding his own business resisting arrest, stealing the officers taser and then pointing it and shooting it at the cop.
Clearly this is another example of racism towards this upstanding citizen.

Protesters burn down the Wendy's lol

The police could have helped the guy get home. Get a warrant for his arrest at his home when he gets sober a few days later. Or can they issue a ticket to appear in court to face DUI charges?

Yea that's not how it works lol
Time to change the laws then. Issue a citation to appear in court for DUI charges. If he doesn't then he's a fugitive. IDK, the guy reaches for a cops taser, you're going to get shot. But this isn't the same as the George Floyd incident.

hmmm, he resisted arrest, stole the cop's stun gun, pointed stun gun at police and ran.....what did he think was gonna happen?

Mob burnt down Wendy's (where they gonna eat now?) and torched other cars in parking lot......brilliant lol

He was a fleeing felon who violently assaulted the officers trying to arrest him. In the citizen's video while running away reached back with the stun gun he stole from the officer during his assault of them on the ground and appeared from the flash to be fired at the lead officer in the chase. The officer was either hit or ducked and returned fire, killing the fleeing felon.

Another video shows the black dude with white over his head go through the broken lower part of the glass door into the Wendys and firebomb it resulting in massive fire destroying the building. Hopefully, security cameras can id the arsonist and get him in prison along with the rock throwers at Wendy's that had nothing to do with the incidence other than the drunk guy who was killed passed out in his car. Various reports say either in the drive-thru or parking lot.

This video shows how quickly a controlled situation can become deadly when you're dealing with strong, volatile criminals. One minute TWO officers seemingly have full control. Before you can blink it takes TWO grown men to try and subdue ONE man. If it was one officer attempting the arrest, he could become the victim of homicide within seconds after the perp decides he's not getting arrested that day.

The armchair quarterbacks that think aggression is wrong and that police officers have all the time in the world to decide the best course of action in making split second decisions need to become cops. Once they get shot or their skull caved in by criminals, maybe they'll see how real life doesn't always align with theory.

But Rayshard will be treated like Michael Brown is today. A victim... even though he was a crazed, strong, violent bastard that put the lives of everyone around him at risk, and was killed while a cop was defending himself.

He could of tased 1 cop got his gun so unfortunately they reacted properly..they could have breen shot..inocent bystanders..dont resist pretty simple.
I've never understood violently resisting arrest when the other person has a firearm and could choose to kill me with it at any time.

Then again, violent criminals don't behave in ways that make sense to normal people, and that's the danger in handling them.

I guess we will never know and you know why?

Because that is not what occurred and because the cop shot the black man in the back from a distance of 8 - 10 feet and left him to die on the pavement like a dog then put on latex gloves the pick up the shell casings and thus obstructing justice.

Stop killing black men and women for selling single cigarettes on the street; for a $20 bill; for running through a park; for simply being at home with their child; it's that simple.

I agree the lead officer should be prosecuted in the Minneapolis case, although not the new other two that were just following directions from him.

The Atlanta case is not as clear since a fleeing felon was shot after assaulting and firing stolen from officer stun gun back at the officers chasing him.

Let me guess?

He was gonna be shot in the back from a distance of 8 - 10 ft and left to die like a dog on the pavement? Is that the correct answer?

I guess the Atlanta use of force policy states:

If black man runs away wait till he is 10 feet or further away from you before shooting him in the back and killing him?
