I have driven past that hotel so many times when it was under construction. At first I thought it was a intended to be a retirement residence. But now I think what a strange place to build a hotel. That section of Hunt Club is box stores and car dealerships. And if you ever needed to make a late afternoon flight, forget it. The traffic during non-pandemic times is insane crossing the bridge at Prince of Wales. With their chosen location, I wonder what customer base are they serving ?
