You have now painted yourself into a conerr where your argument is that Arbery deserves to die because somebody put up security cameras.
When was this call made? In the new year the only reported stuff stolen as reported by the police was the gun from the McMichael's car. When English talks about the suspects it is in a "they" not "him" perspective.
Did Arbery have someone else with him, or he just happened to always stop by the property like others that did so in the new year and did not steal anything from it? Obviously, the police will have known about this video and call, so why have they gone ahead and arrested even this individual who filmed this whole killing?

If it was stolen from in front of his house, it wasn't stolen from the construction site and it didn't happen the day of the murder. That and the fact that he says he never asked the McMichaels to watch his property mean it has nothing to do with the case.

Its worth noting that even if this is a real call English describes a white guy and a woman and a car used, which would rule out Arbery.
And even if this was true there was no evidence of a felony committed the day that the McM's hunted and killed Arbery.

From what I understand, A DIFFERENT HOUSE. That place has been under construction for months and quite clearly he's not living there during construction.
A) The laws in Georgia don't allow a citizen's arrest for something that happened months ago
B) English clearly stated he had no contact with McMichael about watching his construction site or any trespasses on the 23rd.
