I feel like this is something someone needs to find on their own vs being given the answer and going to these retreats. It seems counterproductive to have these answers given to you vs finding them on your own when it’s your time since there are no shortcuts.
Nevertheless, here is something different I thought to add to terb dynamics.
You hear people complaining how terb is toxic, full of damaged people with fucked up agendas and ideologies. Hey I am guilty of this as well calling them bunch of old washed up white circle jerkers. But what are we doing from our part to contribute to this dynamics. A lot of it is a projection of ourselves in others. So we are the ones we are complaining about. Similar to the explanation given to the guys question about perceiving the perceiver. Terb is full of insights. I’ve been here since 2009 and there is a lot of gain from here especially it being a microcosm of our society. The pendulum just keeps swinging.
