I'am one of the members of this hobby you would probably consider "young" I'm in my early thirties. As for myself I will not risk my life just to get laid. I will wait another 3-6? months when agencies and MPS open again. The day after they open I will wait another 5 months or so just to see how everything is going so far. This virus is no joke. And its definitely not the seasonal flu, we had a family friend who died of covid19 three weeks ago. He was in his forties he died within the week he tested positive. The hospital sent him home and told him to self isolate himself because he only showed mild symptoms. He died in his basement. His wife furious right now. So for everyone here on terb, tread carefully!!
Stay safe everyone!

Another thing is there is risk with anything in life....if it’s not a virus it could be crossing the road...
At least with crossing the road, you have the option to look both ways to make sure the coast is clear. The virus on the other hand is invisible and one person without symptoms can infect many.

There are studies finding that most of the population has developed antibodies they found about 85% of population has them already...antibodies would be faster than a vaccine...I’m not downplaying the risk but what’s the point of living in paranoia and fear only to die anyway? Everything is transitory including this...
85% have developed antibodies? Not according to WHO.

I think it's safe to say, when they allow people to fill sports stadiums, concerts, theaters etc. It will be safe to visit your favourite SP and MPA.

Life goes on. Concerts, music festivals, sporting events, SPs, restaurants, going to the barber, public transportation. Lots of “high risk” settings where social distancing wont be possible. At least initially, masks will be common where possible of course. Considering how many are infected without knowing and the mortality rate is already less than 1% by every reasonable measure, it is a reality Im willing to accept. The truly vulnerable should take the proper measures, but I wont be living life in fear of an invisible enemy.

I will probably wait till 2021 to start going back to strip clubs if they will even be open or seeing a service provider or a sugar baby.
The money I am saving will have be debt free in about another 8 months so I don't mind the break.

like many have stated - yea I'll adopt the 'wait and see' approach and thats if and when a vaccine is rushed out to the general public. I need to know that this vaccine is working and has no hiccups. So 2020 is done lets see what happens in 2021

I think many people will be surprised to know a vaccine isnt a guarantee, and even if produced viruses DO mutate.

Couldn't agree more Drewstar. Life will go on. We will put this behind us, and sure, for the first while there will be new practices and policies. But people are dillusional to think that Cruises, major sporting events, Concerts, Las Vegas etc are going anywhere. In due time, all will be back to normal.
I hope you're right. I don't know about cruises though. I think they might be finished...at least for a long while. I have never had the desire to go on a cruise. Well before covid-19, you always heard about people getting stuck on the ships because of a virus. No thanks.

Interesting thought Croft. The cruise industry will really need to adapt a lot to survive. Over half of all cruise passengers are over 50. An entire third are over 60.

I'm guessing the cruise lines will market cruises to younger people and familes. It will be tough. I'm guessing many ships will be docked until treatments and a vaccine make life safer.

It has never appealed to me either.

My regular is 28. She has been self isolating for 4 weeks, which is roughly the maximum incubation period for the coronavirus. So from May 01, she is ready to start seeing regulars she has known for at least 6 months on the following conditions: they must have self isolated for at least 4 weeks and have no underlying medical conditions. Only one customer a day.
She’s going to take them at their word that they have self-isolated for 4 weeks and have no pre-existing conditions? I realize there’s no way to know for sure, so it would take an incredible amount of trust.

My current thinking (subject to change, as the little head takes over the brain, again) is that I would not see SPs at all, but rather focus more on SBs. Yes, I know that SPs do not require significant amount of time invested in cultivating “relationship”, but only some research (thank you TERB), and hence I have resorted to that in the past. But, having had several SB “relationships” since January 2018, I feel that a better option, at least for me, is to put in the extra effort with SBs, creating more of a personal encounter, and minimizing the risks that OP has cited (I know that one can have risks with SBs also, but I have to think that they are more manageable, IMHO).

Why do you believe the risks with SBs are more manageable?

Right and her real name is Candy and every customer she has met is named John and has been isolating for 4 weeks and all carry a certificate that they are virus free, honest, and for sure no more than one client a day no matter how they beg or how much money they offer.
Yeah seeing someone a couple of times for six months is a guarantee of their honesty, none of these guys will put their dicks before other people’s health or escorts before making money.

Funny you go on about how naive people are about the virus and herd immunity.
