Hope this guy comes from money. None of the normal ins company will give him policy. I think for these ppls, they need to do facility ins or something like that. A co worker of mine was in this situation. Too many speeding tickets. It cost him 5 or 6k a year as a 50 yo driver. Took him 3 or 4 years of clean driving to be able to get a policy from a regular ins company. He still drives like an ass.
No he isn't. He totally fucked up at the end, oversteered the last donut and didn't make a clean getaway. Amateur. I can pull better donuts in a minivan.
