1st option: Date, date, date, date, date, (where ever you pick up girls from. If you have a hard time picking up girls then i don’t know take some online coaching classes for this) until you’ve found the next temporary relationship to then move on to the next (unless something special springs out of one of them. U could find the next love of ya life)
2nd option: Enter nofap mode. Now I don’t know where you are in life right now but Once you hit the 3 month Mark and you start developing superpowers, dig down real deep... and find your purpose..
