I didn't accuse anyone and, if you had bothered to read the thread, would already know that I won't name names specifically because of what you mentioned. That said, in my case, unless it had been dormant for 20+ years, I either got it from my wife (which I'm almost positive is not the case) or from a SW, so it's really not that bold for me to say I likely got it from a SW. I'm not saying which one, but a SW is almost definitely the source in my case.
You blew your own cover Assman aka Regret; you forgot to switch account before you replied to Rummy.

Thanks for posting your story; it must have been difficult to share with us; it has certainly given me food for thought.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Op/Assman. The Op and I have exchanged dm's before, seemed like a cool guy. But I will say this, one of the first things I did was check to see if I saw any of the MPA's or SP's that he was with. I might have to rethink this "hobby".

That’s disappointing how they pick and choose who they ban with multiple handles :spit:

I did that too, and even the SC’s. It looks like he got around to all sorts of places, I may just stay in hibernation until this current generation of girls get completely turned over to the next one.

How did you check to see who he’s been with?

When you see Assman's Username; left click on it and a pop-up menu appears; and then click the Option that says "View Forum Posts". You will see a list of all posts Assman made on the board; including any girl he ever reviewed.

That could take awhile....I don't think the GTA Sex Industry is going to completely take a moratorium over this similar to what the Pornography Industry does in LA....but what happened to Assman definitely has given me pause for thought.

So do you plan on going without sex in general for however long?

Assman is going through a lot so I get the slip up, but seeing some of his hobby history can help us out.

Your math makes sense initially - until you add in the multiplication of all the partners the clients that see your reduced amount of chosen SP/SPs. Seeing just one SP (put aside for a moment your individual choice of a semi-retired SP) that SP's client base over the last 6 months? 12 months? and add in all the partners and their partners-partners - still will come to a few thousand in let's call it a 'pool' of partners.

Yes, a gent who see's many different SP's over a time period is part of a much larger pool of partners many thousands versus only a few thousand. Just putting the true math into perspective.

In your suggested chosen approach, which many of us can relate to - the reality is if she's not 'exclusive' to you then your semi-retired choice may easily have at least one other gent who sees her and let's say 10 different SP's a month otherwise who in turn are part of a multi thousand partner pool - your chosen lady and therefore you yourself - are still part of that pool of partners and risk of transmission.

Is your risk reduced compared to other hobbyists who see many SP's? Yes, fully agree. Is it a significant reduction in risk, pool size of partners? You can see the math I have suggested above based on my own research and shared here for yours and all the readers consideration.

Food for thought.

Yeah I really was trying to get to deep into it. Was just trying to explain to Mr.Mugabe that the less SP's you see, intrinsically lowers you change of getting an STI. Or least this particular one.

Didn't he post the same scenario 11 years ago:
https://terb.cc/vbulletin/showthread.php?193662-Herpes-from-BBBJ

He got bored? Delayed outbreak? Drama queen?
Yeah, but if you read on in that thread he then goes on to say that he got back his tests results and he was Negative for Herpes; and that he now more fully appreciates the risks in this hobby and he is going to try and quit.

I see why now Assman wanted to post under a different handle....because if we searched his prior posts and saw this, guys would assume either:

  1. He is trolling
  2. He isn't trolling; in which case he had a scare in 2008; Assman told himself I'm going to stop this; Assman didn't stop this; and now he got burned

Mods should probably lock this thread down at this point; nothing more useful is going to come out of further discussion; and now Assman has his Credibility called into question.

Just fyi, I believe more than 50% of the adult population have the HSV-1 virus. Certainly not life-ending.
It's more like 90% of the population has it.
Is that how you justify having sex and spreading the virus after getting it? How come in real life most people don't seem to have it? I don't want no herpes, thanks.

Important lesson to remember: low probability does not mean low risk.

And that's a lot of women he has seen at many places. Glad I retired from the hobby, but I was lucky because I was not different than all of you.

Assman, that took courage and I am certain many have caught one thing or another. About 7 years ago, I received a private message from a user I talked 2. He caught gonorrhea from a MPA we both had seen. I didn't partake in the same service he did which was a BJ. The MPA worked at a high end spa. I was asked not to say anything and only share info via pm, but as the rumor mill goes behind PM's many a guys here got tested.

So it can happen and your risk is just as large in the civilian world. It's like playing Russian Roulette......

“How come in real life most people don’t seem to have it” lmao you’re kidding with this comment right? The hsv virus is one of those stealth viruses that get passed on to many people who live out the rest of their lives without the slightest symptom not knowing that they have it and unknowingly pass it on to others. It can even remain so dormant that your own body doesn’t even know that it’s there yet so if you get tested for it and it comes back negative, you should still test again sometime in the near future to see if antibodies start showing up (if you do have it). So just because you don’t have visible sores on your tool down there does not mean that YOU are not spreading it yermama.

You.know I did feel bad for him but not anymore.

He had his scare and still kept going. And who is to say he really got tested and it was negative. Could have been a lie to stop that thread from going sideways. He could have had it all this time for all we know. He could have been the one to give it to girls and is trying to put the blame the other way around.

We also have no idea if he saw civie chicks too and maybe he got it from there. Who knows at this point. He says he goes to the HFC and we know they don't do blood test if they don't have to because of the cost. I don't buy that he was tested for HSV back in 2008.

Now I feel even worse for the wife.
