I'd have to assume it's non-exclusive. As your example shows, there's just so much easy money to be made by having simultaneous arrangements. Even if she says that it's exclusive, there is no way to verify.

If she is gorgeous, $2,000 a month is nothing. Most sps charge that for one overnight stay. Ask her if she will do one overnight each weekend. If she agrees, that's $8,000 worth for $2,000.
