Um, obviously the combination of his substance abuse and other personal issues show just how erratic he is. This was just symptom of his complete unfitness to serve on the board.
He was paid almost twice as much to serve on a board for which he had no qualifications, compared to say the CEO's on the board of ExxonMobil, paid about Thirty Thousand, and eminently more qualified.

The only way this latest impeachment attempts work is if Hunter is clean. He isn't. Impeachment is about politics and optics. It always has been. His personal shit will be a part of it, will colour opinion.
The only way it works is to defend Hunter. And he is indefensible. So yes, while in a purely crimal matter his antics with the widow wouldn't count in the court of public opinion, it will.
And that will be the determiner of the success of Impeachment.

There is no evidence that JB influenced anyone to give HB the job but I suspect that he was JB's son certainly helped.
