Looks like a fun show to me! But I don't see it as anything more than it being an entertaining timewaster as all TV is. No more significant than Game of Thrones empowering midgets.

It's just the "unrealistically strong female protagonist" seems to be overused in just about every medium.

I watched the premiere episode of Perfect Harmony. Never in my life did I expect the fearsome Chayton of Banshee as a choir singer. Bradley Whitford is the choirmaster, he was in Get Out! and more recently as Commander Lawrence in The Handmaid's Tale.

There's something to the incel problem, on IMDB they swarm female lead shows. Jett has an undeserved 7.3 rating on the site, it's a much better show than that. The show's rating started to rise only after a male lead emerged.
