Help a newb out

Hello to my northern friends. Coming back to your fair city in October for the first time since the 80's. Don't remember much as I was a child but looking forward to visiting. Just had a couple of questions. Was looking into using an agency and as I understand it it's illegal to buy sex in Canada, but in Toronto the police are more concerned about street prostitution and underage prostitution. Is that still the case? If I were to use an agency to my hotel what are the chances of getting arrested? Also looking to avoid getting bait and switched. Looking at High Society and Cupid's.

Sorry for the mundane questions. I am actually not new to the hobby but new to this form of hobbying. I am more used to a completely legal environment (Tijuana, Nevada, Amsterdam, Germany) where I can physically see the girls in person before making a choice.

Also, I recommend Allegra Agency to start.

They are a collective of independent girls who handle the phone for each other and bookings. They're really knowledgeable, friendly, love their clients in my opinion. A really good experience. And they know the scene better than anyone.

There's a little screening involved, like they'll want to confirm your TERB account belongs to you.

I agree with you on this one, and also it's generally less expensive as well for better quality (I've been told by several Americans).

Don't mention that you don't like screening when you ask them what that screening is because it gets you auto-banned. Be casual or figure out a different thing.
