So as we all are getting older and I know many of you are over forty. Is anyone starting to have any problems keeping your erection. If so what if anything are you doing for it?

This may sound obvious and stupid, but in my personal experience I went on the keto diet, lost close to 100lbs and went from guzzling blue & yellow pills to not even needing them at all! I think the reason a lot of men go thru this is...they gain weight over the years and that has a serious impact on your libido, lose it and u're fine!

Never had that problem.
It's like riding a bicycle. There are those who have fallen and those who will.

Just be prepared for the day it will happen. No big deal it's all in your head. The solution is let you fucking ego aside and focus on the girl when you dick stays deflated...

Cheers,

Whether I'm hard or soft, they don't feel anything due to my size.

There is a fairly easy way to determine if the cause of your erectile dysfunction is mental or physical: if you wake up in the middle of the night, or in the morning and have an erection on a semi-regular basis, then the problem is mental, not physical. There could be a large number of reasons why you can't get hard if your problem is mental - time to see a psychotherapist. If you rarely, or never wake up with an erection, than the problem is physical. Getting and maintaining an erection is all about blood flow in the pelvic region - this is how Viagra, Cialis and Levitra work. They stimulate blood flow in this area. The main causes for a lack of blood flow in this region are:

1. Smoking
2. Heavy alcohol consumption
3. Diet
4. Being overweight
5. Lack of exercise

There may be other factors. So - if you have treated your body like an amusement park all these years, enjoy the ride. But it won't do you any favours in the bedroom.

The right woman with the right attitude = no problem getting and staying hard. Change the formula and all bets are off. Now, when I was younger it was a different story; nothing could keep me down.

Combo of this plus joe_labatt's advice. Smart ebony ladies do it for me despite pushing 60.

Don't take allergy pills before sex. Antihistamines are an anti-inflammatory drug which reduces inflammation by decreasing blood flow (your sinuses gets inflamed when you have sinus allergy and this restricts air flow on top of mucus buildup). But reducing blood to inflamed areas also means reduced blood flow to all parts of your body including your penis.

I used to pop a pill to feel better in the past prior to a session but it had the adverse affect of ED. Now I just have to accept that I can't have any enjoyable sex during 75% of the year (spring/summer/fall) due to severe allergies at these times. It's a debilitating, sickening, horrifying reality of my life.

I read somewhere that it's normal to get softer and harder around 4 times over one sexual episode. So maybe you just need to change it up if you get soft. Eat her some. More as an example. Oh, and a bit of the blue pill is always a little help and si cheap now.
