Still waiting for you to give any criticism for denying those refugees or generations of their descendants any rights.
They deserver praise, not criticism.
They have hosted refugees from Israel/Palestine for half a century now.
Those are refugees that Israel should have allowed to return home, as ordered by the UN.

Lebanon should be praised for hosting them while Israel should be criticized for breach of international human rights.

And once again you prove what an absolute fraud you are, praising a country for declaring war, doing nothing for refugees they created, and keeping generations locked in camps without even basic rights. Lebanon has hosted no one; the Palestinian refugees and their descendants have been supported by UNRWA which is funded mainly by Western countries.

And it is disgusting that claim you are a liberal yet you post here with the exact same viewpoint on refugees as Trump and the alt-right.

Next you're going to praise Assad for caring for the Palestinian descendants by bombing the camps he kept them locked in.

p.s. According to Freedom House, Lebanon rates a 43% free, rated partially free but down near the "not free" cut-off.

These are the guys you praise.

Your evil empire of Israel ranks at 79% free

That is sad.
Jewish terrorists tried to ethnically cleanse Israel/Palestine of Palestinians.
Lebanon had nothing to do with that, other than charitably hosting refugees.

These are the guys you praise.
And the people you praise run an apartheid country and have killed 200 and injured over 18,000 civilians just this year.

Fact is Lebanon has done nothing for the refugees and their descendants caused by a racist war they declared. The only support the refugees and the generations of their Lebanese born descendants get is from Western charity.

Do you and Steve Bannon get together to refine your anti-refugee and citizenship viewpoints?

All you can do is spread racist lies to justify Arab rights abuses. And you probably think Freedom House is just Jewish propaganda.

They've ...
Locked them in camps only supported by Western charity. But of course you praise Lebanon despite all their issues simply because you have an obsessive hatred of Israel.

And I have no clue how you can support a country denying rights to generations of refugees.

Like the 5 million Palestinian refugees awaiting Israel to honour their UN recognized Right of Return, as noted by multiple resolutions?
Or are you describing the millions of Palestinian living under apartheid under Israeli rule?

How do you support that?

Only 700,000 would have had that right and only 20,000 or so would today. The others are descendants of refugees (like I am). The only reason they are an issue is that Lebanon (and others) has ignored the UN Convention on refugees and denied basic rights to generations of natural born 'citizens'.

It is disgusting that you are praising a country that has kept generations of Lebanese born people in camps and without rights and reliant on Western charity. Keep coming up with excuses for Lebanon doing exactly what Trump and the alt-right would do.

p.s. the right of return only applies when there is peace (and the Hamas terrorists you support refuse to even consider the idea).

Not according to the UN.
Stop ignoring international law, human rights and UN resolutions.

Israel owes 5 million Palestinian refugees either the right to return or just retribution.

How many times have we been over this? The UNRWA clearly defines the refugees as people born in what is now Israel. The generations of Lebanese born people are forced to get charity from the Western funded organization only because Lebanon refuses to grant them any rights.

And you praised Lebanon despite their major issues simply because they hate Israel's existence as much as you do.

No they do not.
Stop lying so much, its pathetic.

Its ridiculous how much you have to lie to support your favoured apartheid country.

You excuses for praising Lebenon are idiotic.

Straight from the source.

WHO ARE PALESTINE REFUGEES?
Palestine refugees are defined as“persons whose normal place of residence was Palestine during the period 1 June 1946 to 15 May 1948, and who lost both home and means of livelihood as a result of the 1948 conflict.”

UNRWA services are available to all those living in its area of operations who meet this definition, who are registered with the Agency and who need assistance. The descendants of Palestine refugee males, including adopted children, are also eligible for registration. When the Agency began operations in 1950, it was responding to the needs of about 750,000 Palestine refugees. Today, some 5 million Palestine refugees are eligible for UNRWA services.

As I said, the refugees are only people who fled from the war. Their descendants (the male ones at least - no sexism there) are simply able to register for Western Charity since Lebanon (and Syria, Jordan, etc.) treats refugees the same way that Trump wants.

Sadly you are willing to speak out when Trump does it but actually praise Lebanon for doing worse than Trump.

Not only can I spell better, but Lebanon is most definitely not apartheid, as Israel is.

The descendants are registered as Palestinian Refugees according to the UNRWA quote you posted.
I'm right and you're a racist fool who can't spell or read his own posts.

Do you not realize the source states EXACTLY what I said? Refugees are the people who fled their place of birth but their male children can get aid since Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and the rest refuse to allow them any opportunities despite many generations being born there.

Sadly you are promoting an anti-immigrant agenda far worse than anything Trump has proposed and actually praise Lebanon for rejecting rights of refugees and generations of natural born Lebanese.

You also don't seem to care about the disgustingly sexist UNRWA rules that only provide aid to MALE descendants.

No, it says they are recognized as Palestinian refugees.
How else do you get these numbers:
Today, some 5 million Palestine refugees are eligible for UNRWA services.
That makes Israeli ethnic cleansing one of the largest and longest running war crimes on this planet.

What would your view be if Canada kept generations of refugee descendants locked in camps without rights simply because we had nothing to do with the conflicts in Syria, Sri Lanka, Tibet, etc? You would rightfully be up in arms about it yet for some reason you praise Lebanon leaving generations stuck with only Western charity.

Of course those aren't accurate comparisons because Lebanon was one of the countries that started the war that created the Palestinian refugees and they still refuse to fix the problems they caused.

p.s. The UN Definition is 100% clear. It explicitly states they must have been living in the Palestinian Mandate between 1 June 1946 to 15 May 1948.

That would be a war crime.
Just as it is in Gaza, where millions of refugees are locked away in refugee camps or the world's largest open air prison.

Yet you support that.

Yet you praised Lebanon for doing exactly that. .
Big, big difference.

Lebanon is hosting refugees on behalf of Israel, who refuses to honour UN resolutions and international human rights.
Israel has walled in their refugees and now shoots them if they protest or get too close to the prison walls.

Big, big differences.
