Looking for some feedback. Booked an appointment at a spa the day prior, upon arriving I was told there was a mistake with the schedule and someone got booked in before me. They said it will be a 10 minute wait. I hesitated at first but went ahead. Turns out to be 20 minutes of waiting before the MPA enters the room.
To me, it just sets a bad tone for the session. It turned out to be by far my worst session with this MPA that I routinely see. Its bothered me to the point where I am not interested in going back.
I find its not uncommon to wait for 5 minutes or so, almost seems to be the norm. I just felt 20 minutes was overboard.
Am I overreacting on not wanting to go back? Who would have taken the 10 minute bait as I did and who would have just left on the spot?
