(In actual facts, all refugee claimants are "illegal" in that they don't follow normal immigration procedures and never have since the 1940's when the UN Charter came into effect. But they are "legal" because there are special refugee-specific procedures.)
Nothing you linked proved an increase in crime by refugees.
