am finding Karolyn about as reliable as the weather man, or ice in hell, or fart in a windstorm. everytime i get it set up for the next evening. "something came up" can never get back to you the same day or the day of, not usually until a day or 2 later. i guess i will never get the experience, as this routine has been going on for 6 or 7 months, she wins, i give up.

yes, i imagine, but why make appointments then cancel the day after the appointment, is not that difficult to txt someone and let them know in a few seconds.
She has not retired....she just does not have a place that she can do incalls consistantly right now....her situation has changed. I think she is just doing some outcalls with some long term clients. Keep an eye out for some catcalls though.
