NO ONE sells beer for the provincial minimum right now.
The provincial minimum will allegedly drop by 25 cents soon... not a tax reduction... just an empty "you can now sell a small can of beer for $1 promise".
All the breweries are counting the minutes until they can drop their prices to the new minimum even though they completely ignored the old minimum... just because Chubs, and you says so.

It's unsupportable. Almost fifty years ago the Ledain Commission did the first serious controlled test in Canada of driving after cannabis use and found zero evidence to support the silly claim that cannabis makes people drive slower and more carefully. It certainly made them think about being careful, and they…did… …think… … …very… … … …slowly… … … … … . … … … … … … But their actual performance was consistently worse — and more dangerous — than the control group, who smoked inactive leaves.
