I’m a regular at YPG and that is my go to place. Other places Ive frequented are LePenthouse and 2214. With respect to the 2214, I haven’t been in a couple of years but at that time a referral was required. You’ll enjoy the service at all three of the establishments.

Definitely le Penthouse. If you feel like traveling a bit there some very pretty lady at the Absolute in Laval. La Montréalaise ou Adagio are more East side and used to be good. I don't know now.
