She's getting a lot of news coverage for this. Probably the most attention she's gotten in her entire career.

To be fair, Roseanne has had a very good career. The first 5 seasons of the original Roseanne was a rating success and the latest reboot was #2 in the ratings. Roseanne has won a ton of awards: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roseanne_Barr#Awards

Roseanne was on a comedy tour in the GTA just last month. She sold out Oakville but not Mississauga which surprises me. I don't know about the other venues. I spoke to someone who went and he really enjoyed the show.

Although I didn't initially read about her rants, for which I got taken to the woodshed, its always been Roseanne being Roseanne. Nothing has changed since 1988, except now she can't get away with it. This is the most accurate statement about her idiom on this thread.
