I think f flat is E and e sharp is f and (I think) the key does change for the andante movement
A keys states which notes are sharps and flats but composer can indicate otherwise so it means little just that piece will usually start then end in stated key (I think)
but WTF does a truck driver know about music so educate me

Equal to the moonlight sonata IMHO in beauty
To me the moonlight is the most perplexing piece of music . It describes great beauty but is the feeling one of sadness or joy? The final two chords describe the uncertainty of the piece as you expect one more chord and it does not come leaving the listener with a feeling of uncertainty.
Beethoven may not of meant such an interpretation but , as in poetry , interpretation is open

it is called Elvira Madigan because it was featured in the movie of the same name
