Well that's exactly the thing! Guys are generally easy going when it comes to upkeep and grooming, but girls usually pamper themselves. And hair is one of those things... When a girl has beautiful long hair, she's spent time and effort to make it look as such... To me, beautiful long hair is a sign of feminity, and that is sexy!
