Haven't been following the rules lately but I'm sure its not. I recently replied to an ad and directed to a house, didn't think much of it. When I got there, its like a massage parlor. Donation upfront, multiple rooms and each lady has their own room. Menu and restrictions posted in the rooms.

You seem oddly concerned about what might be legal from their perspective.
Have you lost track of the fact that, regardless of how many ladies may be working at any given location, what you are doing... purchasing a sexual encounter... is an illegal activity in which you are engaging?

Technically I've need under a rock regarding the laws. I thought incalls were legal.
Imo it definitely leads to LE activity. Just means more traffic, more opportunities for neighbours to catch on etc. Way too risky for me. I did this once unknowingly, never again. Especially, from my perspective, I'm the one that will have problems with LE not the lady or ladies in question.
They are and Bawdy House was removed from the criminal code. They were technically DE-CRIMINALIZED. Attention will not come from any house just by the meer fact of people coming & going. Furthermore most neighbors are at work during day. So as long as they are quiet & discreet. In my experience guys way over worry that people are watching them. People have their own busy lives guys. I have been to 3 houses for which each has been around 4+ years with no problem.

I saw a BP ad , called and drove there. It was a house like this. Probably 8 guys visited there. I parked in an apartment building across the street for about an hour looking for another provider. Hard for the neighborurs not to notice eventually. Although in winter maybe less suspicious.
