LOL. It's a pic of a white person and they use the term cracker. A lot of people think whites are called crackers in the southern U.S. by the black community... I wouldn't know if it's meant to be derogatory or not. When I lived in the south I learned cracker meant a type of life style not a term for white people. I think if you try hard enough you could fabricate something racist out of anything.

Also not sure if this was a joke post or serious. Funny either way!

Not sure I'd leave up a thread with a link to someone's Linkedin Profile, which accuses that person and the company they work for of racism.
