I support charging both sides for all human rights abuses and crimes as noted by HRW and Amnesty.
Both Amnesty and HRW list way, way, way more infractions by Israel the Hamas, including the killing of 500 children, as you can see.
But since you still read this report as being more critical of Hamas, I expect you will have no problem supporting this next statement

Here's another thing for me to deny:
Israeli soldiers, police and Israel Security Agency (ISA) officers subjected Palestinian detainees, including children, to torture and other ill-treatment with impunity, particularly on arrest and during interrogation. Reported methods included beatings, slapping, painful shackling, sleep deprivation, use of stress positions and threats. Although complaints alleging torture by ISA officers have been handled by the Ministry of Justice since 2014, and more than 1,000 had been filed since 2001, no criminal investigations were opened. Complaints that the Israeli police used torture or other ill-treatment against asylum-seekers and members of the Ethiopian community in Israel were also common.

Like I continue to say, the UN, HRW and Amnesty have all found Israel and Hamas appear to have committed crimes against humanity and war crimes. Charge both sides for all crimes.
Your problem is that Israel is mentioned way more often then Hamas or Palestinians in general, so you refuse to accept that Israel should be held accountable, instead claim that only Hamas should face charges.

The Palestinian leadership is just as idiotic as Israel's leadership, really they should all be canned. Neither people deserve such idiots, even if they did vote for them at one point.

They just need a clean sweep, arresting and charging all those on both sides who've committed war crimes and crimes against humanity.

You can say charge 'them both' as much as you want but your absolute refusal to criticize Hamas shows you only care about Israel.

And it is 100% factual that Hamas is considered a terrorist entity by Canada, the EU, and US. And I serve more of a white knight for Palestinians than you do because I'm not afraid to criticize the Palestinian leaders who treat their own people horribly including things like building terror infrastructure under UN schools.
