When the newspapers falsely reported that Alfred Nobel had died they called him the merchant of death, he set up the Nobel Peace Prize so that he would not be remembered in a bad way. Could Soros be thinking of his impending end and trying to bribe his way through the pearly gates?

Some organizations it funds may do good work in the communities but it also supports anarchist organizations like Black Lives Matter, Antifa and the Occupy Wall Street movement. The Foundation seeks to shut down free speech and vilify those who support individual rights, state rights and free market capitalism.
All this soros gates buffet foundation crap is BS to make you look past their wealth and pass it along to their beneficiaries. Only a sliver from their estates will actually be donated. Governments could tax wealth at that level but they dont because they've been corrupted.
The Open Society Foundation was founded by George Soros. He and three of his children are on its Board of Directors. This move gets a large part of his fortune into a tax exempt charity foundation that he controls and can use to push his own agenda. There is nothing altruistic about this donation.

Indeed. That was the danger cited in the argument that lost in the Citizens United decision of the US Supreme Court. Until they're moved to reconsider and reverse themselves Soros gets to buy the same free speech as the Koch brothers.
NGO's were created by the CIA in the 1980's. They were getting caught too many times backing dictators, overthrowing elected Governments, false flags. child prostitution, organ harvesting etc.... So the idea is to fund the NGO's with CIA seed money to provide better cover for their dark op's.
