You're saying people want more controls, yet there will be no appeal launched against the Supreme Court decision because that's what the people want as recently as 4 days ago. You're pie in the sky polls say people want more regulations, yet in the real world, the Supreme Court has come down and said no concealed carry regulation.

The NRA has 5 million members. If they weren't doing what the membership wanted, they wouldn't be that large. Wake up! The NRA is composed of the people of the U.S.
5 million isn't very many people in the United States, a country of over three hundred million. That means the NRA represents less than two percent. Weird joke parties win more votes than that.
The Democrats have 80 million members, by contrast.
