For your pain jazzbox you can try few things until you get a massage .
-Strech it by bringing your knees to your chest ...
-You can also take a hot bath to relax your muscles..
Depending where is the pain :
-neck : Fatigue , stress , accident (sleep without pillow on your back )
- Between your shoulder plates is often caused by your arms been in front of you most of the time (mostly government workers and drivers) / stretch your arms by bringing them on your back Like you are handcuffed and try to touch between your shoulder plates with your fingers..
- middle back : Lifting or bad posture ( stretch by doing a hips rotation each side and strech by bringing your arms up arching to the back )
- Lower back ( bring your knees on your chest and feel the stretch .. You can also lay down on your back and lift your legs at 90 degrees to release the pressure on your spine..
If you have a discal hernia you can take an advil to help with the inflamation and switch from cold to hot for the pain..
If you play a sport , always stretch before .. A good stretching is always needed and prevent injuries and sore muscles..
If you are coming to see me , I am using my elbows to release the big tensions so it is painful at the time and I will probably make you look like a bretzel with many weird positions to access the muscles but you will feel released and much better 24h after
