You sometimes see these picture-less ads. However, her offer to send pics could be very encouraging, especially if they contain something to prove they're current and real. I've asked other BP ladies to send pics, they've declined saying their cell phone plan doesn't cover pics. What a pile of crap excuse to hide the fact they look nothing like the pics in their ads.
