- No wives
- No kids
- No curfew
- Woodbine racetrack, eat at the great gourmet buffet (I forget what it's called, but you go up some escalators)
- Axe throwing
- Poker, although it is important someone can host with the supplies and you have enough people who know how to play. Cards is either super fun or a super waste of time. There is zero fun if two guys can play cards and the 3 other guys have no idea what a flush or full house is. Good card gaming is minimum 4 knowledgable players. 5-6 is best
- Everyone commit to learning the game and committing to playing every once in a while.... Axis and Allies. A $50 strategic board game that can take hours. Someone host, get dinner delivered, set up the game and play all night on a Friday or Saturday. Have a hockey or baseball game on in the background. Important to have let's say 4 players who know what they are doing as you can play as 2 vs 2 for global domination! The first few times you play it will take a while and nobody will know what to do, but after the third or fourth game everyone gets it. It's like Risk but way more complicated. I don't play anymore, but I used to here and there. The game can take a while, so you got to commit time if it's a standstill game. Many times it was so tight we all quit and called it a draw or it would go to 4 am. We would play 3-4 hours and if there was no winner, we usually quit as we can tell by the board set up it'll be forever. But you got to know everyone's leavel of interest..... some people will like A&A's analytical nature, but some people will hate the complexity
