Nikki Benz Alleges She Was Assaulted on Camera During a Porn Shoot

I've been following this and I suggest people take her story with a HUGE grain of salt...
NB has a history of getting into Twitter wars. She's a fame whore who is DESPERATE for attention. She really, REALLY wants to be a celebrity and gets into public fights with people to get her name out there.
In this particular case, she filmed a scene with a producer known to be rough with the girls (i.e., film rough scenes). NB admitted to knowing this upfront in her tweets. Yet she still decided to film with him. During the scene, surprise!, the guy roughed her up (from what I can tell, choked her and stepped on her head). Completely unacceptable, right? NB didn't think so then. She signed the film release afterwards consenting to the scene. It was only after she thought about it a couple days that she decided to go public with what has become an unending stream of tweets.
At the end of the day the guy shouldn't have done what he did without her consent. But she didn't stop the scene and she didn't refuse to sign the release. Instead she CONSENTED, took the money, then decided to publicly smear Brazzers over Twitter.
I'd have a LOT more sympathy for NB if she wasn't looking for attention and working all the angles.
p.s., NB is a native Toronto girl so I'd really love to root for her but I've seen enough of her antics on Twitter to know better.

I'm not defending either party but I'll agree with you that everything she does is for attention. She even made a big deal out of running for the Toronto mayoral race and then never showed up after the photogs left. She's also over the hill so any attention she can get is what she wants.
Maybe more people would be sympathetic if she wasn't tweeting about all this from a 5 star resort in Bali this week.

I would assume she's in her mid 30's now but she's still lookin pretty fine to me. I've noticed she's lost some weight. Looks good on her IMO

Interesting. I did notice she went very quiet on Twitter after her initial outburst but assumed that was because she was planning a lawsuit. Interesting that he's going to sue her. Who knows what the truth is. He sounds like a real asshole and she's a known drama queen. Let the judge figure it out.

Her story never made sense, she accused Tony T of raping her, yet it was another actor who was having sex with her at the time Tony T was the director, yet it's in mentioned who the actor is.
I never trust accusations tossed out over twitter, if someone want me to take it seriously take it to a court of law, like Christy Mack is doing, like Cynthea is doing, like Brett Rossi is doing. That doesn't mean I assume guilt, but I take it seriously. I don't take twitter mobs seriously.
Is there any technology that can be used to tell if what Tony T is really showing raw footage?
Lawsuit by Tony T has been filed. In it he alleges she told a make-up artist she was looking to get out of her contract with Brazzers. I'm not aware if she pressed criminal charges or filed her own lawsuit but if not that makes me even more skeptical of her claims.

Well, the Brazzers make-up artist is certainly a reliable, independent witness!!! Might be more than 1 fame whore in the building.
Maybe. Maybe not. At least it shows there's at least one person at the scene saying she's full of shit. Which, if untrue, means there would have to be a conspiracy between Tony T and the make-up artist. Not inconceivable but I don't see a bunch of witnesses lining up to defend Nikki Benz. And she still hasn't filed a lawsuit or pressed criminal charges. Things that make you go, "Hmmmm...."
Given Brazzers is also getting sued by Tony T, it's not to her advantage to express this as it hells Tony T.
I knew that Tony T has released raw footage showing his innocence as well some other stuff.
Ramone, the actor is also a plaintiff in Tony T's lawsuit. Nikki royally fucked up here, I think she was hoping Tony T would simply deny it and not fight back in any real way like James Dean did, I don't think she expected Tony T to truely stand up to her, good for Tony T, let justice proval.
