The famous Christmas Eve photograph, now they'd probably be disciplined for reading the first ten verses of the Book of Genesis.
That is not credibly substantiated as there were at the time and in the immediate aftermath of the photo being released and CBS footage airing on the news, and ensuing years that he was one of 3 men seen running from the scene after someone threw a hand grenade into a crowded sidewalk restaurant, or that he was responsible for the assassination of the police chiefs wife and children.
Interestingly, analysis of the photograph has also determined that the bullet had just passed through Lem's head and can be seen at the instant the photo was taken.
To this day, no-one's passing has made the world stand still like John Lennon's did back in 1980.
The Sharon Stone leg movement was a big thing at the time...
