at times an escort allows filming, and the client promises not to post it, but they do anyhow. That has happened to some folks around here. (I will provide no names, so don't ask me who or where lol)...but I recognized her right away (hmm...how did he come across the video???? Hmmmm.....lol) and in fact I contacted her and sent her the link...she had no idea this was posted (it did show her face) but she told me she knew who it was...so today I think he may be short a testicle or two ...lol).

The person who uploaded the video probably can't prove how old the escorts are in the video, so if pornhub gets complaints of under age people on their site they would have to take it down.

They won't do jack. A "customer relations" person from Pornhub called me today because I made an official complaint to their ISP. he was smug and disgusting and arrogant af. Couldn't believe he actually works for them......or I can, it's Pornhub after all. He basically said how can I presume or prove it's "non consensual" taping? He said unless the lady or the man submit a DMCA they will not remove it. They said they wanted a DMCA or it stays. The tape is clearly not consensual but no way anyone in that tape has a DMCA. Can't believe in this day and age this stuff is still allowed.
