You don't do this particularly if you are the FBI or the RCMP 11 days before an election unless there really is a 'smoking gun'.
The FBI said Clinton was careless but did not proceed with the case because they could not prove intent. Clinton seemed to forget everything, and her staff took the 5th. Could be the FBI found some emails between Anthony Weiner and his wife/Clinton aid Huma Abedin that show intent to cover up or withhold information. Speculation. This is all over the news now that sex is tied into the email investigation.

All he has actually said is that there's some new emails to look at.

Trump campaign grasping desperately at straws here
Yeah, thats why all anchors on CNN look like a bunch of deer caught in headlights right now

It looks like the actual investigation has to deal with Weiner and his weiner issues.

Clinton took stupid advice to set up a personal server, and then her staff were stupidly phished to allow the Russian hacks.
But proving that it was done maliciously would be near impossible.

Of course, Trump with his Windows 2003 server soon to be administered by his 10 year old son would never have the same issues.

I had to delete my post. Emails didnt come from Hillary's server, but supposedly from Huma Abedin's computer/smartphone who in turn got it from Hillary
Which would exonerate Clinton. Huma may have something to answer for, depending what she forwarded.

So? Say that the RCMP is investigating me, and they come across evidence on a Blackberry in my house that you have been engaged in a massive embezzlement scheme involving well over a million dollars. Do you get a free pass because the "actual investigation" was about me violating hunting laws? The answer as you well know, presuming that all the legal I's had been dotted and the T's crossed is that of course you don't get a 'free pass.'

Not necessarily so at all, as certainly you are intelligent enough to know.
Abedin was a State employee. Nothing illegal about Clinton sending classified material to Abedin. However, if Abedin then sent it onwards to her husband then Abedin has some questions to answer. Not Clinton.

The Hell you say! If HRC sent classified information over an unsecured network to HA that is indeed a violation of U.S. Code.

This is funny....

Hillary’s going to lose the election to Trump because the perv sexting teen girls with his hand down his pants might have had classified information from his wife on the same phone? My God — this is the most Clinton thing ever. With 11 days to go, we have reached peak Clinton.

Peak Clinton.... LOL

According to a number of foreign (non-Russian) press sources the e-mails were between HRC and Huma Abedin.

This is not yet confirmed but it does make sense.

Thats already been confirmed, its whats INSIDE those emails which is what counts.

Supposedly there's highly classified information that SOMEHOW found its way into Abedin's email account, and I'll let you take 3 guesses how it got there

Holy shit, the rumors now on the blogs are that FBI was sitting on all these mails, but supposedly Wikileaks were gonna leak all of them, so the FBI decided to beat them to the punch, and release the whole stack before they could

That makes more sense to me. We all know that DOJ intervention led to the FBI not charging Clinton in the first place. It had to do this to save any shred of credibility it has left.

Another rumor, the agents in the FBI were about to mutiny if Comey did not move forward with the investigation.

The FBI better have damning evidence to announce the investigation is opening 11 days before the election. This is devastating news.

And Obama Care rates going up, Project Veritas Action, WikiLeaks, Clinton Foundation....

Will be interesting to see the poll trend in the next few days
