Nah we are gonna stick it out. Been doing this game long long before my beard and hair went gray. Girls come and go, its the nature of the business. We will continue to do our best to bring girls out there on a regular basis when we can. And hire some more local talent. Sometimes its difficult to get girls to commit, many have families and or boyfriends/husbands and its difficult for them to sneak away for a couple of days. But we are really good at what we do and im sure in the end you guys will be happy. I will even contact some of our other agency affiliates and see if they want to send some girls down like Eye Candy did. The Saskatoon/ Regina thing was not our management team. It was someone else using the Mirage name.
Thanks Andy. Losing Violet was definitely a loss to your agency but you handled it with class and respect. Says a lot about your agency and how you go about your business. Kudos to Mirage!
I'm friends with a few SPs and seen this happen first hand. The more popular SPs can turn on their work phone and literally have hundreds of texts! Try sorting through 100's of texts and see how well you're organized? Many are unanswerable texts and many asking for bbfs!? Yes you have to be EXTREMELY WELL ORGANIZED to categorize all the hundreds to thousands of numbers with no way to add them as contacts as they are simply phone numbers. Violet has just started as an independent so give her time for the learning curve. Add to the fact that many hobbyists inquire and only a few follow through so even though I'm obsessive-compulsive, I simply could not organize the texts in any reasonable manner. If you inquire but don't immediately confirm then you are simply forgotten in the midst of hundreds of inquiries! That is the reality and only if you are a repeat 'nice' customer where they have a contact file on you with some type of descriptive nickname, you are simply white noise. The SPs do not simply wait by the phone waiting for your text?! They have regular lives and many have some schooling or careers so they simply cannot be waiting by their phone all the time 24/7. My impression is that the girls on BP who blow into town and work 24-48 hours straight are by their phone all the time but how many times have we seen complaints that the SP once done servicing you, is immediately on her phone answering new calls? You can't have it both ways, if you want to see a higher end SP then you expect them not to answer calls while they're with you but if you're the one texting then you might expect a delay or sometimes it gets lost in the whole slew of calls that come in continuously. My advice, if you really want to see someone then send a thoughtful and respectful text, there is a much better chance they'll respond to you amongst all the "Hey babe. Wanna fuck!" texts...
