Those new Airbuds only last about 5 hours...so looks like buying them isn't even worth it

The Samsung Galaxy note 7 has a bit of an issue battery issue

Samsung’s Massive Galaxy Note 7 Recall Brings Battery-Maker Into Focus
‘Minor flaw in the battery manufacturing process’ causes phones to explode; Samsung SDI supplied about 65% of batteries

I do wish Apple would just add a MicroSD card slot for additional storage space on one of these updates.

I'm just going to be getting the airpods. They've run out of creativity and are just like Samsung now just focusing on the camera and useless software stuff I'm never gonna use.

Yeah.... bunch of dummies eh?

WTF do they know about ppl paying to upgrade to better cameras and shit GaryLi isn't going to use?

Have you submitted your application for Creative Director or Product Development chief to Apple? Or do you think they are just going to become members of TERB for your wisdom?

Yah... I vaguely remember when someone named Steve Jobs ran Apple.... People were excited at launches he ran.

Is it just me, or has every single new IPhone launch been basically a better camera and screen?

Forgive my ignorance, by what "innovations" did you guys have in mind?

For one thing, the 6 series is already thin enough. But no, they made it even thinner to the point where its equal to the itouches. You can bend the itouch permanently, if you had no hard case, by accidently leaving it in your jean pocket and sitting down, no kidding. Boom there goes your $1200. Do you think these people buying thin phones would want a thick hard case?

Second thing, the removal of the aux jack. Great you think, I'll just use bluetooth headphones. But you'll need to plug them in every 5 hrs and it makes the phone hot (bye bye battery life!). No worries, you'll just use the adapter that comes with it! What if the adapter breaks or you lose it? There goes $40 down the drain! What if the charge port breaks because not only are you using it to charge the phone but also using it to listen to music? There goes another $40! And if they open the phone to fix the ports the waterproofing is gone forever.

I'm pretty fine with the 6 series anyways. Even if I did have innovations to suggest Apple wouldn't care no matter how popular the suggestions get. Apple knows people don't know what they want so Apple takes gambles. All I'm saying is I'm not impressed by their latest gamble. My opinion.

Iphone projector and laser keyboard:

The technology for these cool futuristic technologies already exists, and would make the iPhone so much more practical and cooler.

Imagine if it doubled as a computer. You could sit on the plane and type on the laser keyboard, and the screen could be a hologram projecting vertically, or projected onto the seat in front of you.

I think Samsung will come out with this before Apple does. Apple is just playing it safe, afraid of innovation at the cost of risking profits.

All they keep doing is making it thinner (which is a bad idea), the camera better (not major), and the screen bigger/better.

The jump from flip phone to the first iphone was like the jump from DOS to Windows. Every version of the iPhone now seems like just another lame new version of Windows.

In regards to the iPhone, instead of different storage versions (ie 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, 64GB) I would like to see a 1 standard 16GB model with a MicroSD card slot.
Can be in all the colors of the rainbow, or just get a case that can be any color on the light spectrum.
I have forgotten what color my iPhone is as I keep it in a case and the case is green.

It's time to start searching for a new phone. My current BlackBerry Z30 is coming up to 3 years old. It's got a decent screen, 128 GB capacity, great battery life and a good camera. It's never once failed me and considering I only paid $100 for it, it owes me nothing. I'm looking at either Android or iPhone now.

Since I like to keep photos, video and music on my device (not in the cloud), I want a minimum of 256 GB storage capacity. I also want a good camera, especially in low light. My current Z30 is about the same size as the iPhone 6 and Galaxy S7 but I'm thinking of going to the next size up this time. They typing experience is also important since I send lots of texts and emails from my device. My BlackBerry is great for this. I'm with Rogers.

Don't you just love ROGERS pricing!!! Same phone as Apple and if you bought it on Wednesday it would have cost you $100 less than on Thursday. Nice huh?

Sept 7th Rogers pricing for an iPhone 6s Plus - 128GB $689.99 ($1,289 month-to-month) save $599.01 on 2 year plan
Sept 8th Rogers pricing for an iPhone 6s Plus - 128GB $789.00 ($1,289 month-to-month) save $500.00 on 2 year plan
Apple Canada pricing for an iPhone 6s Plus - 128GB $1,029.00

So they're already charging you $200 more than Apple for the privilege of them supplying you a phone, whether or not you get it under contract or buy it out right.

I imagine that they'll be pulling the same BS on Friday when you can pre-order you iPhone 7 from either your cellular provider or Apple.

My advice, save $200 and buy it from Apple online and wait for it to be delivered to you.

If I choose to go iPhone, maybe I should wait for the 7s or 7s Plus. They should be out in a few months, right?

The smarterest person would wait three years for the iPhone Xs Plus. I am still debating on upgrading from my 386 DX32. But every time I think about it, another upgraded model comes out. I'm going to wait until they stop coming out with improved computers and phones.
