Most people are voting for Clinton because she is not Trump. And most people are voting for Trump because he is not Clinton. Clinton can raise 10's of millions through corporate donors and celebrities. Trump can fill stadiums with fans. Will be interesting to see who wins in the end.

The head of Breitbart is now one of the execs of the Trump campaign. Breitbart is basically the media version of the Trump campaign, minus any need to be responsible.
About the videos, the woman is allergic / has a cough. She is clearly well enough to campaign and attend speaking functions. It's hayfever season. Or she has a cold.

In my job I do public speaking and presentations for large groups on a regular basis. You have to speak loudly, paced and with authority and that puts strain on the chords and throat. The more days you speak in a row, the greater the strain -- which is exactly what the US politicians are doing.
If you get a dry throat, or a tickle, or the air is bad (dry, dusty or polluted) and you start coughing, it won't stop!
You can sip water all you want, it won't stop till you stay quiet for a few moments. It's a challenge, especially as we get older, nothing including our throats work as well. Although Trump certainly has a strong speaking voice.
There are tricks to prepare; Some sip on a warm tea with honey just before they begin. Others will have a warm water with them at the podium, but that's considered bad form so I don't expect someone at Hillary's level to do that (although it's a common tactic in a debate or forum situations, it allows you to slow things down if needed)

I don't know what issues Hillary has, if any. The stress of the election with all that's going on must be at times overwhelming. There could be a news worthy problem if Hillary does not recover from her "allergies" by the debate.
Yes, would seem so. Stadium is defined as a sports arena with tiers of seats for spectators. Some of Trumps's August rallies had 10K-20K attendance.

I watched an old documentary this summer where they were interviewing Reagan. He was saying that the campaign people will intentionally select smaller venues for several reasons:
1) Better control/security if things get out of hand. i.e. prevent protesters from getting in and controlling them if they do get in.
2) They are guaranteed to fill the venue (optics are critical) and can more easily select the people that are within the camera view.
3) Smaller venues are much less expensive
4) It's easier in a smaller venue for the speaker to connect to their audience and modify their style and pace depending on the energy of the crowd
Reagan was saying the local campaign team would bus extra people in if they thought they couldn't fill the venue. They would supply signs, campaign shirts, party banners and pennants. Lastly, they would position campaign staffers throughout the crowd to help encourage the crowd to stay energetic.
I'm sure both Clinton and Trump's staff do all the same things.

She was speaking outside (no air conditioning and filters to clean the air) in Luke Easter Park which is full of trees, grass and playing fields (weeds and dust) all of which would compound allergy problems. Assuming it was indeed allergies and not just common too-much public speaking problems.

Her health is a major concern, not just her cough but her brain injury and her memory loss as well.
Questioning whether someone is physically fit for the job is part of the process, and Hillary is failing on that count.
