I wonder if there are any MGTOW’s on this forum?
Interesting and inspiring story of a man becoming free from the feminist matrix we are living in today.
I wish I heard a story like that years ago, when I was much younger.
Well, maybe minus the lady boy part. But still good story for the young and the old on this forum.

The movement is a much about going off grid as untying yourself from marriage, kids and the rat race. Depending on how far you want to go. They discuss libertarian values as well as anti feminism and some even about anti capitalism by minimizing consumption.

I saw this a few years ago. It has a parallel in Japan known as "grass-eaters".

The label is sort of an umbrella for various people. Some of the Terbites who have given up on marriage fall under it. And then it gets more extreme from there.

Look up "ghosting" for more extreme version.

Not for me personally, but I did find many of its proponents to be reasoned in their thoughts and not spoiling for a fight. More like leave us alone and stop trying to shame us into falling into your wage slave marriage slave trap.

kids, marriage, mortgage are choices.

living in a tiny home like on those shows really frees you up financially.

i can respect people for choosing the path less travelled but if you choose it out of fear or rejection i feel sorry for you.

I don't think he is retreating, I think he is evolving into a free man. Man who is choosing his own path, without caring what others might think about his choices. What we do in our bedrooms is our business after all.
And the bottom line is that there is no free pussy and we have to pay for it one way or another. Being married is an extreme example of that. Divorce rates are rising and the consequences of financial separation can be devastating. So some men are choosing not to get married and not feel guilty about their choice.

You and Fuji are both correct. Like I said the term is an umbrella for many thoughts and degrees of it.

Some have just vowed not to get married and have kids.
Some have vowed never to have girlfriends either and just pay for it.
Some have sworn off women entirely.
Some are moving away from living in cities.
Some become survivalist types.

And some are bitter due to bad relationships, getting screwed by the courts, or even the criminal ones with false abuse charges. Who knows they may even deserve all that is heaped upon them.

And some just see it as we are now a man shaming society where we are forced to get married, work, raise kids and die while feeding a consumer culture and never being able to fulfill our own desires because of being constantly beaten down by modern rules. That we are slaves to our wives and family and expectations. And this is how we have to break away.

There are various sites easily googlable. I kind of ran into it when I was looking into precious metal buying which led to a few survivalist sites and then to them. Many interesting stories, some quite detailed and heartbreaking.

And again not for me, but I'm lucky with my wife, and was never much of a product consumer so I don't see myself in that way.

I'm not scared of the costs and fees that go with raising a family but of the potential divorce and that the wife changes drastically in personality or turns out to be an entirely different person. I have seen this happen too often to friends to fully believe in marriage. I'd rather invest my time into growing the business. I like the freedom as well.

Of course theres always the chance that the right one comes along and you will have to take the opportunity but yea its rare.

Almost all the white guys in my circle are still very much interested and want to get married and raise a family but with an Asian (Chinese, Korean, Filipino, etc.) and not a white wife.
