I am considering breast augmentation and wondered if any of you could refer the names of good doctors who make them natural looking, soft with nipples not to tender or desensitized. Many thanks both ladies and gentlemen. Please feel free to post here or p.m. me in confidence. Marla

I think dita at muse has an amazing set they feel soft.

Unfortunately she is off the schedule.

She had a Twitter account associated with muse. Perhaps it is still active?

I would think very carefully about doing it. There are a lot of risks and health concerns you should look into (you can google it).

Truthfully, big breasts are over rated, anyway. They don't really do too much for me. I am more a face person, but for body, legs and ass are my thing.

But it's very important that you do it properly. Some people try to save money and get very bad results.

Ideally, there should be no scars, and the breasts should feel natural. Otherwise, trust me, you could end up being worse off in so mnay ways: health wise, appearance, psychologically, financially...

I think by asking here, you are at least doing research. Do whatever you think will make you happy, but please take precautions and weigh the risks.rewards.

I have considered doing LASIK on my eyes, it would make my life so much easier and I would look better. But even if there were a one in hundred thousand chance of it fucking up my eyes, I wouldn't do it. It's not worth living the rest of my life with pain/poor vision/eye problems. So I won't do it.

I've seen my share of boob jobs from strippers and SPs. And to be honest most are not done well. Also, some people seemed to have perfectly fine natural boobs, but some reason go for D-cups.

If someone has to to it:

- Make sure they aren't too big
- Nice soft pillowy touch!
- Do it through the nipple or armpit or whatever. Don't do the slices at the bottom of the boob. Scars are gross
- Not sure why, but some people have rock hard tits. it's like the thing they put in is concrete. Whatever material that is, avoid it no matter how cheap it is

But if you're on the fence, don't do it. Not only is a lot of money (what is it?... $10,000?) and a possible health risk and possible bad boob job, but I think just about every natural boob I've seen is fine.

Granted, if someone has a medical issue or disfigurement, then sure. It's human to not feel like an oddball. But under normal conditions, I think all you ladies should think twice.

It's like tattoos. All my good buddies are 40 years old and older. Some have tattoos. And very few of them like them now. Maybe when they were 20 it was hilarious fun, but now they hate showing them or talking about them. Many get them lasered off which is also lousy as it leaves that weird scarring mark.

But for any ladies who have done it or thinking about doing it. Cheers and to good health.

Did you not read the question, what is the point of your post? She is looking for Dr's to do it, not advice from someone clueless.

I would only encourage a woman to have a boob job if she has saggers.

Small firm ones are just great.

Dr Jugenburg is the ONLY one I recommend. He did mine. He did Rita's. And most of our staff who have had them done. He is the nicest man imaginable! His work speaks for itself. He is THE go-to guy in Canada. Don't trust your bod anywhere else!

I would consider at least broadening the search to include Latin America as there are a lot of fantastic surgeons who do bodywork down there (particularly Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina). As a nurse (as well as an SP) making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your decision is vital. A lot of surgeons will rush through a consult and only cursively 'allow' time for questions. Come in with a list of questions and make sure they are answered to your satisfaction. Techniques can vary as can the products they use for augmentation. While I haven't had surgery myself I have had a few friends who have and have considered it at different times so have learned a bit over the years. Sub-muscular implants can allow for a more natural contour of the chest as opposed to implants that sit on top of the pec muscles. Every surgeon has his own preferences so the best way to get a sense of what you will look like is to look at his past work and, if possible, see pics 1/2/multiple years out. It will take many months for the tissue to soften up and return to a more natural shape and its unrealistic to think that they will be as soft and supple and non-augmented breasts but there are products and techniques that can assist. Silicone vs Saline (I have seen better results with the former while I know the latter seems more common in Canada) is another thing to look into and ask about. Anyhow, enough me - hope this helps. As always, more questions than answers at this stage is probably a good thing! :)

The point is that she should be very careful about considering whether to get it done in the first place.

For some women, it's a way to get more attention and validate themselves. There is an underlying lack of self-esteem. The underlying issue is what needs to be fixed. I'm not saying that she has low self-esteem, or even that a majority of women who have the procedure done do. But for some, it is the case.

Many women mistakenly think that all men are crazy about big breasts, but I think I speak for many who think that natural, small breasts are preferable to big, silicone ones. For many men, breasts are not a big deal.

I'd hate to see someone go through a painful operation, have serious side effects, and spend a lot of hard-earned money on the mistaken assumption that it would all of a sudden make her so much more attractive, and improve her life.

As with any surgery, there are real risks, including death in rare cases.

Yes, she asked for recommended doctors, but am I not allowed to respond by stating my opinion on the issue in general? What if because of my post she changed her mind, and was happy that she didn't spend her money on a procedure that could have resulted in permanent health issues?

If a person asked what is the best way to kill themselves, are you just allowed to list the best ways? Or are you going to try to dissuade them? She also said that she was considering getting the procedure done, so I think my reply was appropriate.

I have much enjoyed the "new" Kathleen....although ironically it continues to be my strong opinion that her best feature is her legs....Legs From Heaven

This is ridiculous, she wasn't looking for advice, she's done her research and wants opinions on who should do it, guys shouldn't even be allowed to comment unless it's related to the topic.

Do you really think she's gonna change her mind because of some Internet blowhard lol.
