It just gets tougher the longer you live: more pills, more pain and more money. Drink as much as you want and you'll never have to worry about what to invest in.

Fuk it, everything causes cancer, I'm sure they can find a tenuous link to that so as to keep their funding alive to keep their lab open. So drink up and enjoy life.

Those studies that claim wine is heatlhy are flawed. the use healthy rich drinkers and the chronically ill that stop drinking for health reasons

Enjoy life, everything in moderation. I'm still going to have a Maker's Mark Manhattan when I want one, it just don't do it often.

I read a report recently that pre-ground pepper causes polyps and prostate cancer -so I bought a pepper mill. Everything in moderation.

If he was smoking AND drinking, that makes it even more dangerous.
Light smoker, but he quit early on. The drinking became a huge problem for the poor guy.
But according to his doctors, the drinking was the causeof his cancer.

I think in life, living by the motto:

EVERYTHING IN MODERATION

is the way to go.
YEP, including the SUN, which also causes cancer.

Nothing new to see here - apparently journalists can't tell the difference between an opinion piece and a study.

http://arstechnica.com/science/2016...alists-confused-an-opinion-piece-for-a-study/

“We know that nine in 10 people aren’t aware of the link between alcohol and cancer,” Jana Witt, Cancer Research UK’s health information officer, told The Guardian. And the few that are aware of the link may be skeptical of it based on misleading health stories and competing reports on the potential benefits of drinking.

This confusion, ignorance, and skepticism frustrated Jennie Connor, a preventive and social medicine expert at Otago University in New Zealand. So, she tried to clear up the public health facts with an opinion piece published Thursday in the journal Addiction, under the section “For Debate.” Her piece offered the declarative perspective that alcohol causes cancer.

IMHO What DOESNT cause cancer? Remember when Michael Douglas had his cancer bout? Basically from eating too much pussy. How many guys curtailed their DATY time? Didn't think so lol!
