BULL SHIT,...L.C,...it is NOT correct.
When the TO Star publishes anything,...they are NOT stating they agree with the "opinion",...they actually state they are publishing some one's "opinion",...and state the publication is the "opinion" of the submitter,...and NOT of the paper.
But I guess you would have to have actually read the link you posted,...that includes the word,..."opinion".

So are you criticising Islam because you think all Islam followers are criminals, terrorists or what is your point? You know that there are various sects of Islam. Are all sects of Islam bad people? These people were the most docile victims of the right wing extremists and many were killed by the National Front supporters and Skinhead groups. This is the sad fact that somehow started spurring these Muslim vigilante groups.

This is really sad as the majority of law abiding citizens of all cultures and religions want to get on in life in a peaceful manner and not be threatened by the extremist religious or right wing thugs.
Clearly if a newspaper who do a lot more research than you do and publish the facts, you clearly do not have an answer. One of the men at the mosque reported Mateen to the FBI, said he was acting "strange". Let's be blunt, the FBI is powerless to do anything because:
1) Mateen is Muslim so no "racial profiling" allowed.
2) He is also gay so no homophobia allowed. (BTW: I wouldn't be surprised if many gay on gay crimes are not reported to the authorities because it reflects badly on the community.)
3) He is freely allowed to buy guns because 2nd amendment.
4) We can't tap his cellphone because Snowden.
5) His wife is not legally required to report his murder plan, even if she knew.
Even if he was stockpiling weapons to attack your own family there is nothing you can legally do until he actually starts his attack and then you can only use "reasonable" force.

Oh, I have an answer - it is apples and oranges. Mass murders committed in the name of Islam are to be swept under the rug. Single murders committed by people with but the most tenuous of connections are to be lumped together.
Aren't murders by non-Muslims in Western Europe rather rare? Also, aren't murders and rapes by Muslims in Europe hushed up because political correctness and not to make Merkel look stupid?
