In BP ads, I'm nocicing the word 'party' a lot: "party girl", "I love to party", etc. Is this a code for something? Drugs? Group stuff? Will there be cake?

Party friendly = Cocaine. MDMA. Basically amphetamines and other stimulants that are commonly used and associated with parties or raves.
Not weed. Weed = 420 friendly.

Read into what you see. Either she will be wasted when you see her or she wants you to bring the party favours and she will get wasted on your stuff.
420 friendly is a turn off because it means you might leave the place smelling like weed even if you didn't smoke. At least that's what happened to me once.
As for party..... I take it to mean harder drugs. But I was never clear if it meant they provide or you provide.

I'm never clear either. I usually think it just means if you have some, they'll partake with you. Some may have access to a dealer but I wouldn't say that's the norm either.
If you every see any advertise asking "do you want to play in snow?" that's also the same thing,
