Maybe he's just a nut.

Toronto police are investigating whether a double stabbing at a military recruitment centre on Monday could be linked to terrorist activity.

Police Chief Mark Saunders said a man walked into the uptown centre (near Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue) around 3:30 p.m. Monday, pulled out a knife and attacked a uniformed Canadian Forces member behind the counter.

According to the CBC, the attacker then attempted to move farther into the building, but was taken down by a group of between six and eight soldiers.

Saunders said a second Canadian Forces member was stabbed in the process. The injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

“We’re fortunate that the Canadian Forces, through their training, reacted,” the chief told reporters. He said the injuries could have been “much more severe” had they not stopped the attack.

Saunders said the 27-year-old suspect made unspecified comments that led police to look into a possible terror connection. The RCMP and CSIS have both been contacted. Saunders said charges are pending.

If he is an Islamo Fascist, which is probably the case, then I will at least say he did the right thing and took on Canadian Forces personnel (assuming he didn't attack them when their backs were turned like the coward in Ottawa who shot an unarmed honour guard from behind.)

Too bad the soldiers didn't kill him in response though.

In the U.S., military recruitment centres are favourite targets of terrorist attacks. They are visible, easily accessible and the staff are (or were) not armed.

God forbid we actually give military personel the means to defend themselves. That would make too much sense.

You know, after that BRILLIANT job they pulled of 9/11, I'm still waiting for some huge terrorist event to happen, yet they haven't come up with another big plan since?
With all the tech available even more so these days, you'd think it would have happened by now.

Oh don't worry they're working on it I'm sure.

My guess would be a nuke in a large North American city. Like Toronto.

Well yeah, of course they're working on it. Like I said, I'm waiting for them to pull of a brilliantly huge job like they did on 9/11, that was one huge calculated plan.
If nothing major has happened since 9/11, 15 years now.
I wonder if one could assume it took them 8-9 years to plan the second attack on WTC since the first attack in the 90s'.

So that means, they've had roughly double the time to come up with something since 2001 and still nothing.
Just these little rogue wannabe fucks.

Of course, law enforcement is hampered at every turn by Snowden and Apple. Got to protect the privacy of terrorists, you know.

Toronto is a perfect target. Open city with a relatively low police presence and without military back up. Tuesday or Thursday rush hour, 6-8 guys with semi automatic weapons- a massacre. We're lucky those animals are not very good at what they do.
But, we're so nice to them. Canada is the safest place in the world for Muslims. (Actually, safer than many Islamic countries.) Why would they attack us?

Because they don't like us,...they are jealous of what we have achieved,...and like the loony left here, want to bring Canada, and the rest of the West down to their uncivilized vision of a society.

The lawyer said he was going to ask for bail tomorrow, how silly. If he's mentally ill, they're not going to let him out and if he's sane it means he's a terrorist and they won't let him out. (tomorrow)
