Why are you arguing with right wingers about Climate Change? It's useless.
Its mostly useless, moviefan has been scared off of most other threads from being constantly embarrassed.
Thought its constantly surprising how little shame they show when shown wrong.

LMFAO! :biggrin1:

(Does anyone want to make a side bet on how long it's going to take Crybaby Frankfooter to figure this out?)

That's when I pointed out that the chart you posted and claim to be legit is coming from a photobucket user named "dvdfan05", not NASA.
In post #34 you used an image coming from this address:
http://i567.photobucket.com/albums/ss115/dvdfan05/nasa_zps0id0vcds.png

Your history shows you've lied about studies, posted faked charts, tried to cheat the bet, used dodgy sources and lied about statements made here.
When we made the bet you specified the chart we'd use, including a link to the NASA page that has the updated chart with 2015's readings showing you lost the bet.
Now you're going all weasel again and posting dodgy versions of old charts you claim are legit.

The bet you lost was based on continually updated chart posted by NASA at this address:
http://climate.nasa.gov/vital-signs/global-temperature/

Enough of the weasel act, its time for you to admit you lost the bet.
So in order to win the bet, all the temperature has to do is hit 0.83ºC anomaly for the year of 2015, correct?
http://climate.nasa.gov/vital-signs/global-temperature/

If that's the chart you're saying will hit 0.83 at the end of 2015, we definitely have a bet.
And what do those numbers now read?

0.87ºC

http://climate.nasa.gov/vital-signs/global-temperature/
It was a year-over-year increase of 0.15ºC of the 2014 anomaly from the time of the bet.
NASA said:
Globally-averaged temperatures in 2015 shattered the previous mark set in 2014 by 0.23 degrees Fahrenheit (0.13 Celsius).

I made up my mind about the climate change when I was 7 or 8 years old. That's when I first heard about dinosaurs and ice ages.

More of your awkward weasel laughs, I see.
And speaking of weasels, you sure are trying really hard to keep the weasel lies squirming, aren't you?

Here are a few questions that I'm sure you can only answer with weasel words:
1) Why won't you use the live link to the NASA chart, the one you picked in the bet you lost?
http://climate.nasa.gov/vital-signs/global-temperature/
If that's the chart you're saying will hit 0.83 at the end of 2015, we definitely have a bet.
2) Do you now agree that NASA's global anomaly reading for 2015 was 0.87ºC, as you just posted?

3) Do you agree with your own statement below?
-- We bet that the temperature anomaly would increase in 2015 to 0.83ºC
4) Why can't you keep your own word to honour the bet as it stood without any 'adjustments' or weaselling around by moving the goal posts?
In any event, it's settled. The bet that you and I made on May 10, 2015, stands.
5) Why are you still pretending to be debating whether you lost when all you have left are deliberate attempts to misquote me, like the post above?

6) Why won't you admit that 0.87 is higher then 0.83?

7) Why are you still watching dvd's, is your 'moviefan' system as out of date as your denier spam?

Are we next going to have a thread "Have you made up your mind on evolution yet?"
There is a bit of overlap there, a few of the deniers that moviefan and not so fast like to quote also don't believe in evolution, such as Roy Spencer.
They're going for the big one, being deniers of all science.

It does get more and more ridiculous to keep denying climate change every year, for instance its been noted that the chances that the recent bout of record warm years is 'natural', as moviefan claims, has been stated as 0.01%.
http://www.theguardian.com/environme...e-change-study

(though that is higher then then the odds he won the bet)

Quote #1 - correct
Quote #2 - quote taken out of context, the full statement is this:
It was a year-over-year increase of 0.15ºC of the 2014 anomaly from the time of the bet. But the terms of the bet were clear, they were based on the global anomaly hitting 0.83ºC, not 0.83ºC + 'whatever it takes to make moviefan win'.
Quote #3 - quote taken out of context, the original quote is from post #31 in this thread and fully explained in post #34, in reference to a different image you posted as 'dvdfan05' on photobucket.
Quote #4 - quote taken out of context, again in reference to the use of images from photobucket user 'dvdfan05', weasel moves to avoid linking to the live chart we bet on.
Quote #5 - quote taken out of context, same as above 3 quotes.
Quote #6 - A question you won't answer, instead you just weasel around.

66% dishonest use of quotes in the above post alone, all to avoid the obvious: NASA's numbers show you lost the bet.

Lets look at some statements from you that you refuse to honour.
-- We bet that the temperature anomaly would increase in 2015 to 0.83ºC
You posted a graph that showed a 0.43ºC anomaly for 1995 and we agreed to bet on whether there would be a minimum increase of 0.4ºC over 20 years.

So we bet on the remaining distance from the original 1995 anomaly of 0.43ºC.

Using your 1995 anomaly as the starting point and the bet of a 0.40ºC increase, tell us what number you get

The bet was based on the IPCC's predictions of temperature increases of 0.2ºC per decade, not numerical changes produced retroactively through changes in methodology.

All those statements agree that we made a bet based on your claim that the IPCC was 'spectacularly wrong' in their projection of warming of 0.2ºC per decade over the next century. We picked the period 1995-2015, using the NASA posted temperature of 0.43ºC and an increase of 0.4ºC to bet on whether 2015's global anomaly would hit 0.83ºC, based on NASA's findings.

This was the bet:
So in order to win the bet, all the temperature has to do is hit 0.83ºC anomaly for the year of 2015, correct?
http://climate.nasa.gov/vital-signs/global-temperature/

Correct link, direct to the NASA page showing you lost the bet.
Good work.

Dodgy and totally unnecessary link to an image you posted on your 'dvdfan05' moviebucket account.
When a weasel with a history of lying, like yours, posts screenshots or images they copied from legit sites it allows weasels like yourself to alter the images, so therefore becomes suspect.
I won't accept any images from you personally, you are a weasel.

LMFAO!:deadhorse:
You really are getting quite pathetic over your refusal to admit that you lost the bet.
Now you're down to copying and pasting random and out of context quotes as if they had some kind of point to them.

You've lost every argument you've raised here, you have nothing left yet you continue to act like a foolish weasel and refuse to honour your word.

Why are you still refusing to admit you lost the bet?
-- We bet that the temperature anomaly would increase in 2015 to 0.83ºC

Thanks for confirming that you are out of arguments and only copying and pasting random and out of context quotes as if you had a point.
Good one.

The one thing missing from all those quotes is the bet.
You've got a lot of statements, but not a single one of them is the actual bet.
But then again, since its so obvious you lost the bet its really no wonder you won't quote it.
