Granted, but until they start enforcing in a city like Montreal - where strip clubs have been erected beside basilicas (lol) - Toronto and Montreal will remain worthy of mention!

Kiev is crazy with beautiful women. Many also looking for marriage. If you are a prosperous appearing westerner, they will find you. If not for themselves, then for a friend, a sister, even for their mother. If the Babushka bomb hasn't hit yet the mothers are often hot cougars. Not as safe as western Europe obviously.
Everyone has missed Greece so far. With their economic downturn many women although not professional are turning tricks to help make ends meet. When I was there last spring there was no shortage of attractive ladies willing and able.

Toronto is probably the best in Canada, with Montreal a close second and Vancouver a distant third, elsewhere its a crapshoot.
And that means its probably best in North America, since the US is risky legally and expensive and Mexico a bit of a dangerous unknown around here.
There are probably places in Europe and Asia that are cheaper, but here we have great choice and its fairly safe and accessible.
I've hobbied a bit around the world, but am glad to be here.

Montreal if you speak French and Toronto if you speak English but Montreal for strippers, from my experience, as stripping seems more socially acceptable in Quebec so more babes do it
I do not understand how anyone can say any other Canadian city comes close to Toronto and Montreal and I have been to most when I drove truck and was horny
Toronto has a greater immigration and culture mix so a greater variety of sex workers than most of the top cities mentioned

It is legal in Nevada but legalization has made it more expensive and has not produced a greater quality from my experience there, although it is safer as everyone is tested

Montreal, London, Amsterdam, Sydney rate well before Toronto and that's just the places I have more than once. I have been once to Auckland and although it is legal there is not much choice in the upper middle rage I found ( at least 2 years ago that was true).
how do prices and quality compare to Toronto in places where it is legal?
My experience in Nevada, the famous MUSTANG RANCH BEING ONE PLACE, IS THAT THE PRICES ARE HIGHER AND THE QUALITY AND CHOICE IS LESS THAN A GOOD MP IN TORONTO, which is something I found perplexing as when it is legal the quality should rise not fall
