NOT CORRECT. Depending on the source, there were more civilian deaths in China or the USSR than Poland as follows:
In civilian population, Poland suffered the greatest loses in WWII.

Wikipedia has civilian losses at China (8 million from war + 5 to 10 million from war-related famine & disease), USSR (7.5 million from war + 8.6 million from war-related famine & disease) and Poland at 5.6 to 5.8 million.
