I travel to Toronto from time to time as I live in England mostly. Two nights ago, I booked a girl from an agency . I noticed that she was acting very strange, going to washroom every few mins. After my 2 hour booking, my watch(around $3500) and all my cash from my wallet are gone. I called the agency right away. They stated they will search the girl an advise. They never did get back to me. I called again and they stated there was nothing on her. I hobby a lot in England and nothing like that never has happened to me. Can I go to Police? Will I get in trouble for calling an escort.

I'm terribly sorry for your experience.

Please know that this is not the norm for providers here.

With C-36, I'm not sure if it is wise to admit to illegal activity during the theft. Some acts trump others, but I'd be curious to know how strict enforcement procedures are for this circumstance.

Going to the police may put you in a predicament, but naming the girl and the agency here will definitely put a dent in their business.

Don't think would be a good idea to go to the police, especially if you are not a citizen, as you don't know if the police will be sympathetic to you or the girl.

Lesson would be not to take stuff to a location that you don't need or don't leave stuff laying around if an outcall. When in a different location with a hot girl is easy to become distracted and forget or misplace stuff. Have been to many locations and seen stuff guys forgot laying around waiting to be pick up. Most of the girls are honest, some are not. Thanks for posting.

You have to be aware of these things. Next time keep your valuables in your suit case or in the room hidden somewhere before she arrives. The agency can't do anything.

Naming the girl and the agency would be a big help to us, if what you say is true.

Your watch and cash are gone. Two days after the fact the cash has been spent, the watch has been sold, and it just devolves into he said / she said.

Next time lock up you valuables and limit cash to what you expect to spend, and don't leave that in an area she can go unsupervised like the washroom.

Sorry for your loss.

Non residents have rights also, but tourists if charged with some offences can be held in Canada till their charges are settled in court.

The agency would be in the same position as the police. Is a he said, she said story. Is unfortunate, but not much can be done.

This is a murky area legally. If you violated the lame duck lay, bill C-36 while the theft happened then perhaps consider taking the loss as your potential penalty and likely legal woes would be negligible compared to your recent loss. The agency may also be in violation of the law as well. Perhaps you can resolve this issue quietly and privately with the agency? You are under Canadian law while here whether you are the criminal or the victim of the crime.

If you are not willing to name the girl or the agency, then there is really nothing we can do to help you.

I did my best to resolve this. Contacted the agency but every booking agent made different comment. With respect to bill C-36, I think it is best for me not to pursue it further.

You have several options;

1. Go to the cops and say you hired an female escort for some companionship for the night on the town and are from out of town, as that is what they offer, time for companionship only. Tell them there was no sex involved, whether they believe you or not who knows. They might look at surviellance to see if you left your room or to look at the girl in question, cops know this stuff goes on.

2. Make an anonymous call from a payphone to the cops, tell them what happened and how they might persue it, if they would at all, be completely honest with them.

3. Go to the incall or outcall section and write a glowing review of said girl, not mentioning what happened, start it off something like; After receiving a promotion from work, I decided to buy myself a watch I always wanted and also book xxxxxx from xxxxx agnecy to treat myself.

4. Buy your watches at Walmart, I can help you if you'd like, I know their selection quite well.

5. For 1 and 2 she could deny it say you became aggressive, they would most likely believe her as that is the norm in society, after all this you're probably SOL as you have no proof, except for the walmart part.:(

Well I always use precaution, I never bring valuables, bring limited cash (enough for the session), bring limited credit cards, make sure my wallet is near by. I had Sp tell me I can leave my stuff in the other room but I insist I have it near me (in the bedroom rather the living room).

Would a review stay up if there is no proof, plus the agency might be a paid advertiser?

Did you speak to owner of the agency? I really feel for the poor guy. At least return his watch. Keep the cash.

Sounds like it was an outcall and he noticed the watch gone after she left, as opposed to leaving an incall without wearing it, plus the agency must be a member if he's reluctant to mention the name.
