Yeah, that ruined the fantasy for me. I was thinking, damn, she got nice big knockers!
I've watched that video 5 times now and it looks so real. How did they do it?
This guy ask for freebees so he can play with gear. He makes no living from being a photographer. The best pro photographers don't ask for donations on their websites. Also take his opinions with a grain of salt.
Some of the girls are into photography for sure. You having fantasies of stripping down to your speedo and having some pictures taken? Think the girls would go for this and have a good time.I wonder if there are any SP's into photography too? It would be definitely interesting
I'd agree with you. While his work is technically solid, there is nothing inspiring about his eye and that reinforces the opinion that he uses the site to get free stuff without having to have any talent to back up the work. Ugh, there are too many of these guys out there these days
Look him up and most pro photogs out there distance themselves from this guy.

From the specs, it's more than capable to get great shots from it. Then just do what most do on here, hit photoshop and adjust your lighting, clone stomp, filters and you'll be a "pro". lol
But in all seriousness, yes, it's a good camera and a very capable one. The glass is Zeiss, that says enough.
I think what he is asking is if he can get high quality "prints" from it. Any 6 to 8 megapixel camera will get you high quality 8x10 prints. I don't know the spec of your camera though. How large do you want to make your prints?
A lot of them disagree with his methods. Misleads newbie photogs with false information. Intentional perhaps to drive traffic to his website so he can make more money for his advertising affiliates. He lacks artistic talent and too focused on technical ability and even his technical ability is questionable. His thing is, he gets to play with camera gear for free and makes money doing it and not by his photography skills alone. So Ken Rockwell is almost hated by every professional in the industry.
Phography is an art and every artist gets criticized. If he was able to attract some attention to himself and people are talking about him it means he already did something right. It's very hard to get noticed out there. Doesn't matter if you are photographer, musician, painter, even bad publicity can turn into good publicity.
There is image analysis software out there, but from what I recall it's pretty pricey.

Picked up my 16-35 2.8 - got a great deal on a used one at Henry's. Managed to use it a little yesterday and very happy with it. Extremely sharp! And seems to have very good color reproduction. Hope to use it more in the coming days.
