The so called hate site is quite clear that the NAZIs are not free of culpability, so what you say is another lie.....No he didn't, liar, he claimed the Mufti of Jerusalem suggested the idea. The hate article is attributed to the same source as the one you linked, the byline says "GPD", which if you click it is listed as being postings from as general postings from the editorial board of the site itself.
